Meet Nicole Powers, the owner and medical director of Allure Aesthetics + Wellness in Dubuque, Iowa. She is an experienced, board-certified Nurse Practitioner who has been in healthcare for over 15 years with a background ranging from cardiology to critical care to pain management to aesthetics.

 

She is a graduate of Saint Louis University with her BSN in 2008 and later her Masters of Science in Nursing as an Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner in 2014. She is a Dubuque native, moving back to her hometown in 2018.

 

She is deeply committed to evidence-based medicine, but what truly fuels her passion is the transformation that occurs inside and out. It’s about helping people feel empowered, refreshed, and aligned with the best version of themselves. When we feel good, it radiates into every aspect of our lives.

 

Whether it’s through restoring balance with injectables, supporting healthy weight loss, or boosting vitality with IV therapy, she loves being part of each individual’s unique journey.

She is married and a mom to three kids. When she is not taking care of patients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling and cooking.
